You can also set alerts, based on your locations, of upcoming storms and even hurricanes and there are radar maps as well to grab so you watch the skies — but from your iOS device. Yes, you once were able to use Dark Sky on Android too — but no longer. The app costs $3.99, but there aren't additional in-app purchases to have to pay.
